Sping is upon us! With spring comes lots of flowers, so Dragon Internet will be selling bags of Mulch at our New Vienna, Ohio office. Our mulch comes in Cedar, Cypress, and Hardwood. All varieties are available in 2cf bags and the hardwood is also available in the 3cf bag. These products will be available for pickup at the New Vienna office during normal business hours of 10 am to 6:30pm Monday - Friday and 9am - 5:30pm Saturdays. Dragon Internet will be selling hardwood stove pellets at the New Vienna location. These stove pellets come in 40 lb. bags for $4.30 a bag or by the the ton (50 - 40lb. bags) for $210. This product will be available for pickup at the New Vienna office during normal business hours of 10 am to 6:30pm Monday - Friday and 9am - 5:30pm Saturdays. These wood pellets are great for use in Wood pellet or Multifuel heating stoves.

We would like to remind anyone getting a new computer over the next couple of months to give us a call, go online and download a copy of the setup cd or go online and request that we send you a new setup cd. With all the new systems customers usually get for Christmas, we anticipate that there will be a higher than normal demand for tech support setting up these systems. We would like to cut down on the amount of time our customers have to wait to get using their new systems. By running the install cd customers can quickly setup most systems to use their Dragon Internet account without having to wait for the technicians to call them back. Customers will however need to know their Dragon Internet username and password. Since customers can run this cd without our help they would not need to wait till our office is open to enjoy their new systems. Our new install CD is Vista compatible.
If you are having problems receiving email from a certain person there is a chance that it may be getting flagged as being spam. If you have ever used the Imail feature from our homepage you will notice there is a Spam folder listed in there and you can usually find the email that you are missing in that folder. Some customers never log in to Imail so they never see the Spam folder in the first place. Most of our users will download their emails in either Outlook Express or Windows Mail. If that is the case then you can set up your email program to download the messages from your Spam folder. To do this you will need to click on the "Tools" menu at the top of your email program and select "Accounts" from the menu. On the next screen you will see a button for "Add" on the right side, press that button and then click on "Mail" or "Email Account". Another window will pop up asking for a display name. Just type your name into the box and press the "Next" button at the bottom. The next screen ask for your email address. The next screen after that will have a place to type in the Incoming mail server and Outgoing mail server. For the incoming server you will need to type in "pop3.dragonbbs.com" and for the outgoing server you need to type in "smtp.dragonbbs.com". On the next screen after that you will see a place for "Account name" or "Email username". In that box you will need to enter "your username@dragonbbs.com-SPAM". Then enter your password in the box below and press "Next". After that just press the "Finish" button and you should be all set.
